Architectural Metals · Gold Coast QLD
Every material we specify has been chosen for a reason — its performance, beauty, and the story it tells as it ages. From bright mill-finish copper to deep verdigris patina, these are metals that reward patience.
01 Copper
Copper is among the oldest architectural metals in human history — and for good reason. It begins its life with a warm, burnished gold-orange that draws the eye and commands attention. Then, slowly and inevitably, it begins to change. Oxidation darkens it to rich chestnut, then compounds form in sheltered areas, deepening to turquoise and finally verdigris. Every building becomes a unique record of time, climate, and light.
Euroclad sources all copper from Aurubis — Europe's largest copper recycler — ensuring full material traceability and environmental responsibility. Available in standing seam, flat-lock, and interlocking panel systems.

The only material that gets more beautiful with age.
02 Zinc
Zinc's quiet confidence is its defining quality. Where other metals corrode and fail, zinc evolves — forming a dense zinc carbonate patina that actively protects the metal beneath. Minor scratches re-seal themselves as fresh patina grows. The result is a facade that maintains its integrity decade after decade, requiring no maintenance, no repainting, no intervention.
We specify VMZINC exclusively — the world's leading architectural zinc manufacturer, with five decades of proven performance in coastal and marine environments. Available in three distinct finishes, each with its own personality.

VMZINC Pigmento
A material that repairs itself. The best low-maintenance facade money can buy.
03 Aluminium
Aluminium offers the best strength-to-weight ratio of any cladding metal — meaning dramatic spans, complex curves, and bold architectural gestures that would be impractical in heavier materials. Naturally corrosion-resistant through a self-forming oxide layer, it requires no active surface treatment to maintain its integrity in coastal environments.
Available in two premium finish categories — Lorin anodised and Euramax pre-painted PVDF — each engineered for long-term performance in coastal environments. Anodising creates a hard, integral oxide layer that is part of the metal itself. PVDF coil coating delivers factory-applied colour with outstanding fade and UV resistance. Both finishes are specified for projects where performance and appearance must be maintained for decades.
Electrochemical anodising creates a hard, integral oxide layer — part of the metal itself, not a surface coating. Sourced through Euramax AnoMax and Lorin Industries (USA), the world's leading continuous coil anodiser for architectural applications.
Lorin Architectural Anodised
Euramax AnoMax
Euramax PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) coil coating — applied at the factory before panel forming, giving a consistent, chip-resistant finish with superior fade and UV resistance. Not a traditional powder coat: the PVDF paint is roller-applied to coil and cured at 240°C, delivering an integral finish that outperforms site-applied powder in durability, consistency, and coastal performance. Available in solid colours, metallics, textured surfaces and EuraDecor design finishes.

Half the weight. No less presence. The architect's material of choice.
04 Steel
Unicote Lux is Australia's premium patterned and textured pre-painted steel — PVDF-coated with surface finishes that replicate metallic patinas, stone textures and refined timber grains. Not a solid colour product. Unicote Lux was designed specifically for architects who want the performance of steel with the visual character of premium finishes.
Built on an AM150 Zinc/Aluminium/Magnesium substrate with multi-layer PVDF coating, Unicote Lux carries up to 25-year warranties and meets AS/NZS2728:2013. Three performance grades cover standard residential through to extreme marine environments.
