From Coil to Install.
Established in 2015, Euroclad's Gold Coast manufacturing facility gives us full control over quality, lead times and precision. We receive raw coil stock directly from our material partners — VMZINC, Aurubis, Euramax and Lorin — and process it through in-house roll-forming, brake pressing, laser cutting and hand-seaming. The result is a panel that meets our specification exactly, every time.

Laser Cutting
±0.1mm precision cutting for perforations, complex panel shapes, bespoke profiles and custom elements. Introduced 2024. Any DXF file accepted.
Brake Pressing
Precision sheet metal brake pressing for flashings, cappings, custom junctions and bespoke fabricated components.
Hand-Seaming
Traditional double-lock hand-seaming — the gold standard for standing seam roofing and cladding. No mechanical seamer shortcuts.
3D Shop Drawings
Every project starts with detailed 3D shop drawings. What you approve is what gets built. No surprises on site.
Quality Control
Every panel inspected before it leaves the floor. Material test certificates on request. AS 1562.3 compliant.
